Refund policy

1. Cancellation of Orders Prior to Shipment
You may cancel your order and request a full refund of the Product at any time before shipment.
Order Cancellation Request Process. To cancel your order prior to the shipment of the Product, contact the azilian help team at refund@azilian.co After processing your cancellation request, we will notify you of your eligibility to receive a refund, and we will issue a refund via your original method of payment within ten (10) business days of our notice of your eligibility. Please realize that, during this process, you may need to submit certain additional information needed by us to process your request.


2. Returns & Refund/Exchange Request After Product Has Shipped
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at refund@azilian.co .
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or/and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible to pay the direct cost of return shipment of the Product to our designated address, including but not limited to shipping charges and custom duties and other types of levies, if any.

3.Right of Withdrawal (Applicable to EU/UK)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4.Lost or Damaged in Shipping
If your purchased items become lost during shipping or are damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team athelp@azilian.coas soon as possible and so that we can look into arranging a replacement. This should be within 10 days so that we can liaise with the shipping carrier if required.
Please provide us with your:
(a).order number
(b).what the issue is
(c).the email address for your order number
(d).where applicable; a description of the damage, clear photos and/or a video of the damage

Azilian.inc Warrants to the original purchaser of this product that the product is free of defects immaterial and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to defects or physical damage resulting from abuse,Normal wear and tear,Defects or malfunctions caused by use that is not in conformity with Product documentation, instructions, or technical specifications,Damage or failure due to improper or abnormal use, accident, abuse, theft, vandalism, neglect, corrosion, collision, disasters (e.g., fire, rain, flood, wind, lightning, freezing or any other natural disasters or acts of God of any kind), discoloration of paint or plastic (or any other changes in cosmetic appearance that do not affect performance of the Product), electrical wiring, power reduction or fluctuation, power failure, introduction of foreign objects, exposure to fluids/liquids/moisture or extreme humidity, or modifications of any kind to the Product that are not expressly authorized by azilian.inc

 

If you think there is an issue or defect with your purchased items, contact us by sending an email to help@aizlian.co that identifies the Product by SKU number or order number, details the issue you have with the Product, details the steps you have taken to resolve the issue, and uploads or otherwise includes photos/video showing the problem.

A refund will be processed within 10 calendar days after we have received the Product at our designated address and have confirmed that the Product has a covered defect. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the full extent allowed by law, azilian.inc shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data (whether direct or indirect) or commercial loss for breach of any express or implied warranty on your product even if azilian.inc has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
